rented a car for two days and i got pulled over by a chp and i got tooking to jail and fined for for having fake tags on the car in which i didnt know it wasent tagged and car was impounded and once got out had they charged me at rental place for impound ment and extra days in which i didnt return car for. should i get a lawyer and sue them for my property was in the trunk and should i contest fee that they billed me for? and my aggravation?

What happens when you rent from enteprise and you are in a car accident. I did not get their insurance, but my insurance provides full coverage.Enteprise told me when i opted out of getting their insurance that if anything happens i ow them the costs up front and then i have to deal with my insurance company... is this true? dont i have the right to have my adujster of choice review their suggested repairs ?

i want to rent a a car for a cross country trip but i don't have a major credit card. they ask for a 350$ deposit i believe and a major credit card. I am pretty sure when i asked the guy if I could get somebody elses card to use he said its fine as long as they put it in their name... can anybody tell me for sure?thats what i thought thanks alot robert

They seem to have some nice dealsI saw a 2006 Grand Prix that I really liked for $13000 which is a really good deal I am in the car business . I have always had heard horror stories of what people do to rentals, but this was in their large category and not a cheap beater like a midsized or economy car. Plus it is low enough for me add a factory extended warranty.anyone else have any experience with these?
