hi i am planning to get a puppy. i stay in a calcutta India . i want a breed that can stay in a medium sized apartment and does not bark much. it will get almost an hour of walk everyday. and since i am working, somebody will dog sit it. i am planning to get a cocker spaniel or labrador. please suggest.i do not want a snappy breed. and please suggest some breeds that are available in india and are not that expensive.
