so i'm trying to convince my parents to buy another dog. we already have a 3yr old yorkiepoo yorkie poodle mix and shes pretty small. so i need to find a medium to big dog that gets along with small older dogs so any help would be great

I really love big dogs but i need one thats a bit lazy, good with small children, and can handle apartment life which kinda goes hand in hand with the lazieness i guess .Nothing too huge, maybe about the size of a german shephard? like maybe 20" ish and 70 ish lbs?Thanx for the help Thanx guys Not sure about the grey hounds but i'll keep it in mind
Best Bigger dog breed for apartments?
I'm getting a dog in august and I prefer bigger dogs, but unfortunately they can't be too big because of apartment rules generally under 40 pounds . I'm interested in a medium size dog, relatively high level of energy but not nuts like huskies. Similar temperament to labs. Any Suggestions are welcome, even if it doesn't match I love opinions I love most dog breeds, but my friend had grayhounds and they are so scrawny they kind of freak me out. I like my dogs to bigger in the middle... at my dad's house I have a brown lab and a black lab chow mix.don't worry I'm planning on getting it from a shelter no matter what, I'm just interested in what kind of breeds mixed to look out for.

My mom and dad are talking about getting me a dog. I am not a big fan of small dogs, so I want to know which dog breed you think is acceptable in a decent sized house, a small back yard, and is hypo allerginec.

I like small Dog breeds, expecially the Toy breeds. My MOST favourite breed Obviously is the Pomeranian Also known as Zwers , I own a Pomeranian Obvously a black one named Charlie, I also own a Pom Sheltie mix named Brandy.I like Chows and Papillons too, and other Dogs, but the Pomeranian is my favourite.I like Putbulls too.Oops, I meant Pitbulls I like the Toy breeds because Not every one is going to be afraid of them, they re small, you can cuddle with them, you can take them on the City Bus if you don t have a car, they re very cute and cuddly. I prefer Small Dogs over Big Dogs because of some of these reasons.In my life, I met WAY more aggressive large Dogs then small Dogs, every Pomeranian Except for one named LeRoy that I met was friendly. I own the smallest Dogs on my neighbourhood Who says small Dogs aren t fun? My Poms are WAY funner then my Hound Just sayin

Hi everyone i want to get another dog. Only this dog has to be huge in height weight doesn't matter as much. It has to be a little nit shorter than a bernese mountain dog. I don't was any dog like a great dane. The don't live long enough. I want a big height dog that lives between 10 12 year so over. Plus it has to be great with kids people fur slobbering doesn't matter. I also don't want to get any dogs i had before cocker spaniel golden retriever lab bernese mountain dogwe also would like a not super active but still active dog.

will get a two 20 30 minute walks a day maybe a little 15 minute walk in there too. A friend of mine is also looking i think she asked a question earlier about it . Well i want to do the same course and even night course. animal management and a night course on canine care and management .But the difference is that i am looking for a big dog. Loves cuddles and attention but is fine ot be left alone for short periods of time. thanksobviously not just going to be looking at a wall is it? i was just say how much outside exercise as that can depend on breed. I said loves cuddles and attentions so it kinda points to gettting attention all day, no?
