Question: Why do dogs smell worse after bathes?

They don't. Not if you use a good canine shampoo. What are you bathing your dogs with? If it is a good shampoo then you should have a nice smelling dog. At least mine smell good.

IDK...I kind of like the smell of wet clean dog with a hint of oatmeal shampoo...lol

That is why I do not give my dog a bath, unless she needs one.
