Question: Psp playstation network problem?

I forgot my pass so i went to recover it on playstation.com and it says my email address is wrong, so i cant sign in. i ended up making a new account and when i go to log in to my other account it says "You cannot sign in using another users sign- in ID (email adress) " what should i do??

Well since you forgot your password to your original account, your gonna have to create another PS3 account on the very far left side of the XMB and then sign into your new account you just created. Its very annoying that the ps3 only lets you log into 1 PSN ID per account. And if you happen to have any DLC or games you bought on your first account you shouldn't delete it because it won't let you play them on your 2nd account. Applies to both psp and ps3
